hey there!
hi i’m kelly, it’s so nice to meet you
I am a wife, mother of three, and a passionate photographer who finds beauty in creativity and the harmony of order. My life’s work is deeply rooted in my faith and in sharing God’s love through every role I undertake. My journey with American Heritage Girls (AHG) began in 2012, when I was 28 years old and answered a call I couldn’t ignore. A simple post in my church bulletin about a new AHG troop sparked something in me, despite my own daughter being just 1 year old and too young to join. I felt God laying this ministry on my heart, and I’ve been devoted to it ever since.
As a photographer, I approach my work with the same attention to detail and passion that fuels my ministry. Capturing the true essence of a moment brings me immense joy, and I am endlessly inspired by the beauty of God’s creations. Whether I’m behind the lens, mentoring a troop, or caring for my family, my goal is always the same—to glorify God through my actions, encourage others, and serve with a loving heart. I am excited to continue helping you and your troop thrive, drawing on my experiences and dedication to this meaningful mission.
this is my why
Now, 12 years later, with two daughters proudly participating in AHG, I’ve experienced firsthand the life-changing impact of this organization. I see AHG as so much more than an extracurricular activity; it’s a ministry where lasting connections are built and hearts are nurtured. My mission is to guide troops in becoming safe harbors for girls and families, places where they can flourish together in faith and fellowship. Through my love for thoughtful organization and genuine connection, I strive to help others make the most of their AHG experience.

Character in the quiet moments. Courage in the tough ones. Christ in every step. This is the path to true flourishing.
i got you, girl. check out more resources.
“I highly recommend these resources to help your troop have better communication and run more efficiently, so you can focus on what we really want to focus on: teaching these girls to be women of integrity through service to God, family, community, and country!”
