Now that our New Family Night is behind us, we’re in the exciting process of welcoming new families into our American Heritage Girls troop. This season always brings a wave of fresh questions — from “When do we meet?” to “How do I pay dues?” and “Where can I find badge details?”
In the early years of leading my troop, I found myself answering the same questions over and over (and over!). That’s why I created our Troop Welcome Page — a one-stop hub that gives families everything they need to feel prepared and confident about joining us this fall.
This morning, I spent some time updating our troop’s Welcome Page — refreshing our calendar, double-checking our Slack channel links, and making sure every FAQ has a clear, friendly answer.
